1. Know your outcome
You need to find answers to a couple of questions before setting out on the road to achieve your goals. What do I want to do? How will I get there? What will be waiting for me at the end of the journey?
You know what this would do? This would give you a clear vision and focus and when you have this, you know how you can get there. Success would ultimately kiss your feet.
In the Group coaching classes offered in the S.P.I.R.A.L method (group coaching classes), I easily demonstrate to the participants the “attraction power” of having a specific, short, simple and inspiring goals and outcomes.

2. Take action
You can’t just keep on thinking and do nothing about it. You need to ACT! There is no use thinking if you don’t take action. Fine tune your awareness in choosing what to do!
So MEDITATE and then take ACTION!
3. Sensory Acuity
The five senses that we are empowered with are a great gift. You should use your five senses to maximize your desired result. You know what the great part is? When you get to the end, they tell you that you are almost there!
Your senses are like the oil in the motor when you know how to use them they make you get to the goal faster and in a smooth way and in joy because your tank is full!
NLP tools are based on the smart use of the 5 senses, since we have these precious natural tools, them why not use them?

4. Behavioral flexibility
You can change your behavior as you want to in order to achieve your outcomes. So be FLEXIBLE! How many times should you change behavior? All the times you need until your goal is reached!

5. Use your physiology
When you know you are near to success, take a breath of relief. Drink loads of water, eat healthy food, sleep well and engage in sports!
Did you know your physiology is linked to your psychology? No matter how much you try, you won’t be able to manage a fake grin on your face for long when you are sad or depressed.
Your physiology is used in a smart way will always put you “ in state” and therefore enable you to create the results you want.
When you do such classic exercises of NLP®, it activates the automatic pilot to relax your muscles, breathe better and by being in state produce change in a instant. “ Make as if” things were like you would like them to be, use your 5 senses to help you do this in a second! This attitude will immediately put you in state.
Use your emotions for the context. Let the physiology match with your outcome!
Take some deep breaths, hydrate yourself, take a walk or even dance, in the peak moment of “stress”: only one of these choices is enough to feel the difference right away, try it!
